Two Waukee Non-Profits Awarded Funds Through Dallas County Foundation Grants
Find out which projects will be getting a little financial help from the local group.
Two Waukee projects will be getting a little financial help after receiving grants from the Dallas County Foundation.
The Foundation awarded $91,594 in funds this year for a broad array of community betterment initiatives. All recipients had to be a non-profit in order to be eligible.
This year's recipients from Waukee are:
- Waukee Area Christian Free Clinic; to purchase computer and software. $2,500
- Waukee Area Arts Council; to purchase computer and printer equipment. $1,250
